International Shipping Size Chart - Size limitations for shipping overseas
International orders are typically delivered in 7 - 17 days & as fast as 3 - 7 days.
Shipping overseas or outside the continental U.S. is insured and guaranteed.
There may be a 3.3% international credit fee that may be added to your total order. For example, if your total order is $150 ($100 for your instrument + $50 for shipping), then their may be a fee of $4.95 (3.3% of $150 USD).
When shipping internationally there may be a packaging & handling fee. For each drum or gong shipped there is a 5 to $10 packaging & handling fee. (For hand held percussion, such as cowbells, then the packaging and handling fee is $5 for up to 10 pieces.) There is a $5 packaging and handling fee for each accessory item, such as a stand or bag, etc. The modest shipping and handling fee covers the cost for packaging material and a very small part of the time required to inspect, package and ship the items.

All international shipments are insured.
Insurance covers your total purchase cost and all shipping expenses.
If anything arrives damaged or is lost during delivery the insurance will be activated.
Due to United States' taxes & tariffs all international shipments are final & thus, there are no returns for international shipments, unless agreed upon by Artdrum & the customer prior to purchase.
