Description: The 14" Chest Chakra gong is the middle size of three Sound Creation Chakra gongs (11, 14 & 16"). It produces a clear bell-like sound with harmonic overtones. A gentle bass tone can also be heard & felt along with harmonic overtones & is soothing for abdomen. Like bao gongs in general it has more focused sound structure than the 26, 32 & 38" Sound Creation Earth Gongs.
