The brass darbukas are classic goblet shaped doumbkes. They are known for deep doums and high teks. They are available in three sizes, 8 inch 10 inch and 12 inch. Each size is available in with a plastic head and/or with a Remo Fiberskyn spare head. The fiberskyn heads are little warmer sound than the plastic heads and are designed to fit these doumbeks. The pinched neck on these doumbeks helps create a very rich, deep bass for all the sizes. The brass shell is lovely sounding, and a work of art, due to the embossed designs.
